summer months, rooms stay cool with fans and ocean breeze, but please note there is no in-room AC unit
(window AC planned for summer 2026). If AC is essential for your comfort, this may not be the best fit for
summer visits.
SHARED HOME:
This is a private room in a shared home, not an entire apartment. Another private room may be rented to other

But Nicolette could not confirm a late check out until the evening we arrived and it was too late. So we woke up at five in the morning to leave by six to be there in time had the graduation and the lunch in La Jolla and then drove all the way back. We were exhausted.! I just wish this host could have confirmed the late check out in advance of our arrival so we could plan and I do wish that she wasn’t going to charge 35 extra dollars to check out late. I’ve never come across that in Airbnb‘s, not ever." (8/5)
