❄️San Diego's mild coastal climate keeps rooms comfortable year-round! Ceiling fans and portable fans provide excellent air circulation. Mini-split AC in common area cools the home. Most comfortable Oct-May. Summer guests: rooms stay cool with fans + ocean breeze, but no in-room AC yet (window units coming summer 2026!).

No parties or events
Check-in: 4 PM or later (flexible if available - just message me!)
Check-out: 11 AM
