No smoking indoors (outdoor smoking allowed in backyard, away from house)
Clean up after yourself in shared spaces (kitchen, living room, bathroom)
Maximum 2 guests (as booked)
No parties or events
Check-in: 4 PM or later (flexible if available - just message me!)
Check-out: 11 AM
Feel free to use the full kitchen, living room, backyard, and all shared amenities. Just treat the space as you would your own home!
