House Vibe
Be a great group — celebrations welcome, but please respect quiet hours after 11 PM (neighbors are gracious; let's keep it that way).
🛗
Stairs (BOTH Houses)
Front house has a flight of stairs to its lower deck. Back house has a curvy 1930s staircase up to the loft. Worth knowing if anyone in your group has mobility limitations.
🚿
Bathroom Planning
4 bathrooms for 17 guests = 1:4.25 ratio (much better than most large-group rentals). With 2 baths per house, mornings work without a queue.
✈
Urban Living Realities
Planes pass overhead 6:30 AM-10 PM (Lindbergh airport flight path). Many guests love it (aviation lovers, kids, sunset photographers). Some don't. Set expectations with your group.
