House Vibe
Be a great guest — celebrations welcome, but please respect quiet hours after 11 PM (neighbors are gracious; let's keep it that way).
🚿
Bathroom Planning
Two full baths for groups of 8 = a little shower-schedule coordination on busy mornings goes a long way.
🛗
Stairs & Accessibility
Curvy 1930s staircase up to the loft — part of the character, but worth knowing if you have mobility considerations. Our front-house "Eagle's Nest" is more accessible if needed.
✈
Urban Living Realities
Planes pass overhead 6:30 AM-10 PM. Some guests love it (aviation nerds, kids, sunset photographers). Some don't. Set expectations with your group ahead of time.
