🌙 A Quick Note About Our Neighborhood

One of the things we love about this home is its location in a beautiful, established La Jolla residential neighborhood. Many of our neighbors have lived here for decades, so being a good neighbor is very important to us.

We absolutely want you to relax, have fun, and enjoy the outdoor spaces, including in the evening. We simply ask that after 10 PM, outdoor noise be kept to a respectful level. Please avoid loud music, yelling, or other noise that could carry to neighboring homes.

During warmer weather, many nearby homes keep their windows open, so sound can travel farther than you might expect.

The home is equipped with privacy-safe noise monitors that measure sound levels only and do not record conversations.

Enjoy yourselves, enjoy beautiful La Jolla, and just help us be great neighbors while you're here. 😊

🌟 WEEKDAY VALUE PRICING (Mon–Thu)
This is a luxury La Jolla home near the beach with a hot tub, and our weekends often book out far in advance. When we have a weekday gap between booked weekends, we sometimes offer special weekday value pricing so more families can enjoy the home without paying peak weekend rates.
Weekday value rates are already heavily discounted, so we aren’t able to include additional complimentary upgrades or negotiate paid add-ons. Check-in times are strictly observed due to same-day turnovers.
Weekday specials are offered in good faith, and we ask that guests meet that with the same respect and courtesy.
