  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request
  • Access codes will be sent 24 hours before arrival

10:00 PM - 8:00 AM Please keep noise at reasonable levels.

  • No outdoor music or loud conversations during quiet hours
  • Be mindful of neighbors at all times
  • Violations may result in immediate termination without refund

No Smoking Policy

Strictly enforced. No smoking of any kind inside the property.

  • Includes cigarettes, cigars, vapes, and marijuana
  • Smoking only in designated outdoor areas (if available)
  • $500 Fee for any smoking inside the property

  • Service animals are always welcome
  • Pet-friendly properties: Max 2 pets, additional cleaning fee applies
  • Pets must be house-trained and not left unattended
  • Owner responsible for any pet-related damages

The maximum occupancy listed must be respected at all times.

  • Includes all guests, children, and infants
  • Required for fire safety and insurance compliance
  • Exceeding occupancy will result in immediate termination without refund

  • Use designated parking spots only (driveway or garage as specified)
  • Do not block neighbor driveways
  • Street parking: Follow all local regulations and signage
  • No RVs, trailers, or boats without prior approval
  • Parking is at guest's own risk

Pool & Hot Tub Rules

Applicable to properties with pool/hot tub amenities.

Pool Rules:
  • No diving
  • No running on pool deck
  • No glass containers
  • Pool hours: 8 AM - 10 PM
  • Children under 12 must be supervised
Hot Tub Rules:
  • Shower before entering
  • No food or drinks in hot tub
  • Max soak: 15-20 minutes
  • Replace cover after use
  • Children require adult supervision

Use at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.

Trash & Recycling

  • Place all trash in proper bins (located at side/rear of property)
  • Take out trash if bins become full during your stay
  • Separate recycling where bins are provided
  • Do not leave trash outside bins (wildlife concern)
  • At checkout: Remove all food from refrigerator

Damages & Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay
  • Report any damages or issues immediately
  • Do not attempt repairs yourself
  • Security deposit (if applicable) released within 7-14 days if no damages
  • Host not liable for lost/stolen personal property or accidents

No Parties or Events

Strictly prohibited without prior written approval:

  • No parties, events, or gatherings exceeding stated occupancy
  • No bachelor/bachelorette parties
  • No film or photography shoots
  • Any gathering that disturbs neighbors is prohibited
  • Violations result in immediate termination without refund

  • 30+ days before check-in: Full refund minus service fees
  • 14-29 days before check-in: 50% refund of nightly rate
  • Less than 14 days: No refund

Emergency Information

Emergency: Call 911
  • Gas leak: Leave immediately, call 911, do not use electronics
  • Fire: Evacuate, call 911, meet at designated spot
  • Power outage: Check breaker first, then contact host
  • Water leak: Locate shutoff valve, contact host immediately

  • Immediate termination of my stay without refund
